We agree the numbers and book a date
We'll suggest what suits your centre and agree a price. You'll have a quote in writing, with no obligation.
Your educators pick the photos
One photo per child, from the ones they've already taken across the year. This is the only thing we need from you before the day.
We come to your centre
Half a day, a table and a couple of power points. An educator stays with us throughout, as your policy requires.
We print and finish them there
From your own photos, on your own device. Nothing is sent to us and nothing leaves the building.
You have them before we leave
Sorted by name and ready to hand out. Nothing to post, nothing to chase, nothing to store.

We print from your own photos, inside your centre. Nothing is sent to us, nothing leaves the building, and we keep nothing afterwards.
You already took the photos. We print from your own library, on your own device.
Nothing is emailed to us and nothing leaves the building.
We keep no images afterwards — only the order details and your invoice.
No new photographs are taken, so there is less to ask parents than a photo day.
Children whose families haven't given permission are simply not on your list. We never see them.
Ask us for consent wording if your policy needs it — we'll send something you can paste straight in.

Why there are no prices on this page
Because every centre is different. What it costs depends on how many children you have, which frame you choose and how much personalising is involved — so we quote it properly rather than guess at it here. There is no cost and no obligation to ask.
Larger groups cost less per keepsake.
Personalising, name labels and packing sorted by name are included.
Coming to you and printing on site is part of the service, not an extra.
You get a written quote before anything is committed, and a tax invoice in your centre's name.
Custom colours and logo work are quoted separately.
It costs nothing to ask, and we answer within two business days.

They don't. We print from your device, in your building. Nothing is emailed to us and nothing is uploaded anywhere.
Nothing is kept. We hold the order details and your invoice, and no images at all.
Yes — one per child, before we arrive. It's the only thing we need from you beforehand, and it's what lets us finish in half a day.
Ask us and we'll send you wording you can paste into your own form. In most centres it's a smaller step than a photo day, because no new photographs are being taken.
Yes. Ask us for the number and you're welcome to verify it before we come.

Later than you'd think — because we finish on the day, there's no making-and-posting wait. The limit is the diary, so the earlier you ask the more dates there are.
Photos from a phone are absolutely fine. If one won't work we'll say so on the day and you can pick another.
Not a problem — the photos already exist from across the year, so nobody misses out for being off sick.
We work with groups of fifty or more. If your room is smaller, ask anyway and we'll see what we can do.
We issue a tax invoice in your centre's name. Terms are agreed with the quote.
