From your photos to their hands
You get in touch
Roughly how many students, and when your farewell or presentation night is.
We agree the numbers and a date
You'll have a written quote with no obligation, and a date held in our diary.
Your teachers pick the photos
One per student, from the ones the school already has. This is the only thing we need from you beforehand.
We come to you, or you send them
In Sydney metro we can print on site, so nothing leaves the school. Further away, send us the photos and we'll make them here.
We make and pack them
Handmade, personalised, and sorted by name so handing them out at the assembly is simple.
Photos & Privacy
Your photos, handled properly
Schools hold images of children under permissions parents have already given, and any supplier who touches them has to be able to explain how. Here is ours.
In Sydney metro we print on site — the images never leave the school at all.
Where photos are sent to us, they sit in a private area, are used only for your order, and are deleted afterwards.
We never use images of students for marketing, our website or samples. Not with permission, not without.
Students whose families haven't given permission simply aren't on your list. We never see them.
Ask us for consent wording if your policy needs it — we'll send something you can paste straight into your own form.
Happy to sign your supplier agreement rather than ask you to accept ours.

Why there are no prices on this page
Because every school is different. What it costs depends on your cohort size, which frame you choose and how much personalising is involved — so we quote it properly rather than guess at it here. There is no cost and no obligation to ask.
Larger cohorts cost less per keepsake.
Personalising, name labels and packing sorted by class are included.
You get a written quote before anything is committed, and a tax invoice in the school's name.
Purchase orders welcome — we know how school finance works.
Custom colours and logo work are quoted separately.
It costs nothing to ask, and we answer within two business days.

Fifty or more. A single Year 6 cohort is usually comfortably above that.
Because every school's numbers and choices are different. Tell us your cohort size and you'll have a real quote in two business days.
Yours. The ones your teachers have already taken across the years — not a posed portrait.
In Sydney metro, no — we come to you and print on site. Further afield you send them to us, and we delete them once your order is finished.
Ask us and we'll send wording you can paste into your own form. In most schools it's a smaller step than a photo day, because no new photographs are taken.
Yes. Ask us for the number and you're welcome to verify it before we come.
Yes. The quote carries our ABN and a validity date, and the invoice is issued in the school's name.
Yes — school name, year, crest where the artwork allows.
Later than you'd think if we're printing on site, because there's no making-and-posting wait. The limit is the diary in November and December.
Yes. Anything where a group is together and there's a photo worth keeping.
